Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days 

All delivery schedules, including weekend and holiday deliveries, are subject to the particular delivery schedules of the selected carrier and their shipment method. During periods when we experience a high volume of orders, processing of orders may be delayed. We will communicate any unexpected changes to the normal delivery timeframe on the top message section of our website.

*Free Ground Shipping is available to all US addresses, except Hawaii and Alaska. All orders above $35 (not including taxes), as well as all tablet orders qualify for free shipping. Free Ground Shipping may also be offered on a promotional basis during a limited time. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When the status of an order changes, UPTIME Energy will send a shipping confirmation email, which will contain the order tracking number of the carrier that is selected.  

Customs, duties, and taxes

UPTIME Energy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

UPTIME Energy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

UPTIME Energy currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States only. We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
