Simply enter your email address that you used to check out, and you will be sent a 4 digit code via Email and SMS. Check your messages for the code and enter the numbers. That's it!

WHAT IS YOUR FREE SHIPPING POLICY?

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING to anywhere in the 48 contiguous (continental) United States, for any order exceeding 35 dollars. (Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories such as Guam or Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded from this offer.)

Any order that includes tablets will automatically qualify for the same FREE GROUND SHIPPING service.  

 

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA OR MEXICO?  HOW ABOUT HAWAII OR ALASKA?

Currently, we only ship to US Addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded.)

 

HOW DO I USE COUPON CODES?  

Discount or coupon codes may be applied during the checkout process. From your cart, click on the "Checkout" button to get to the checkout page. Discount codes can be obtained at the time of account creation, given as a promotion or instant savings from clicking a digital ad or email, or 1 time discount codes. Discount Codes are not valid during certain promotional periods, such as periods when an automatic discount or other offer is applied to the entire store.

DISCOUNTS ARE NOT WORKING FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER. WHAT'S GOING ON? 

Subscriptions are offered at a base discount of 5% for Energy Drinks, 10% for Energy Tablets. There are many cases where a promotional code may not be accepted for subscription products.  The checkout process (shipping and payment screens) are the only screens that accept discount codes for purchases of new subscriptions.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We have a 100% Product Satisfaction guarantee. If your shipment was damaged or defective in any way, please contact webcs@uptimeenergy.com. We’ll make it right.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?  

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your recurring order, you may revise/cancel it through the account page. Just click the link, "Manage My Subscriptions", look for your recurring order, and revise/cancel it.  

  

CAN I GET SOME FREE SAMPLES? 

At this time, our sampling policies prohibit us from giving out free samples. Our promotional campaigns and other activities may require free samples to be distributed at UPTIME's discretion.  

 

CAN I BECOME A WHOLESALER FOR UPTIME? 

Please visit our wholesale section and register to become a wholesale customer. Fill out a form with basic company information, and we'll take you through the approval process.
